Feijoa & Walnut Chocolate Bark

If you dig feijoas and chocolate this is the recipe for you. Impress with little effort!
Method:
Break up Heather’s Freeze-Dried Feijoa Wedges and walnut pieces.
Place a dark chocolate 250g Whittaker's bar in a double boiler (we used 50% dark), gently melt chocolate. You may need to add a little water or cream, 1 Tbsp to maintain moisture as some water from the chocolate evaporates.
Use baking paper to spread out the melted chocolate in any form you like.
Sprinkle feijoas and walnuts on top of the chocolate while the chocolate is still warm.
Wait until the chocolate is cooled (or not) and enjoy.
Use whole wedges to scoop chocolate from the pot!
